Mark Kincannon is Principle Broker of 725 Foundation Properties Real Estate. Skilled in organizational leadership, Mark utilizes his years of experience as coach, athletic director, executive pastor, and business owner to help clients navigate the buying, selling, and leasing process. Mark’s experience and understanding has allowed him to successfully work with clients in a variety of business settings. As a principle broker, he has the experience to negotiate with business owners and landlords to arrive at a positive outcome for all involved.
Mark lives in Fort Smith and is married to Michelle. They have two sons and one daughter. He currently serves as a board member of Arkansas Family Alliance and is a member of the 2019 class of Leadership Fort Smith. He servers as a volunteer for several organizations including Community Bible Church and as a coach for Fort Smith Northside High School’s Baseball team.

Eric Sweet
Eric Sweet is Executive Broker of 725 Foundation Properties Real Estate. Eric has been a licensed Realtor in Arkansas since 2016 and obtained his broker's license in 2024. He takes pleasure in guiding sellers, buyers, and investors to achieve their real estate goals and in developing new relationships with different people. Additionally, he has been a licensed home inspector in Arkansas since 2020. This has allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of the various systems in a home, including roofing, structural components, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, insulation, ventilation, and safety issues. While he cannot represent a client as both a realtor and inspector for the same property, Eric’s dual experience has equipped him with extensive knowledge that benefits his clients in the home buying or selling process.
